MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. | Florida Memorial University has released its 2026 men's soccer schedule. The calendar consists of 18 regular-season matches, a balanced mix of home and away matches that will help FMU seek its fourth straight postseason appearance.

"I am ready to see this class perform on this exciting schedule for us," said head coach David Martinez.

The calendar features five home night games, the most in a season since 2022, at Orange Bowl Field at Ives Estates Park, with the four-day contests being held at Dr. Lester Brown Park. The schedule also includes eight conference matches and an even split of home and away contests.

The season kicks off with a trio of road matches, starting against Florida National on August 20, followed by a trip to Florida College two days later. The Lions then travel to Southeastern for a non-conference match on August 26 to round out the kickoff on the road.

The home opener is scheduled for August 29 at Orange Bowl Field, for Welcome Back Night against Webber International in non-conference play. FMU will then face back-to-back NCAA DII teams, starting with a road match against Nova Southeastern on September 2, followed by a home match against Barry 10 days later at Orange Bowl Field. The Lions will host No. 16 Keiser on September 16 for their first match of the season at Dr. Lester Brown Park in non-conference play, followed by Divine 9 Day against Florida National on September 19 at Orange Bowl Field. FMU's final NCAA DII match is slated for September 23, when they'll travel to Palm Beach Atlantic, whom they defeated last season 1-0 in an upset.

Conference play begins on September 30, when FMU hosts St. Thomas in the Battle of Miami Gardens at Dr. Lester Brown Park. The Lions host Southeastern next on October 3, at Orange Bowl Field, followed by a trip to Warner on October 7. FMU will break off from non-conference play when they host newcomer Florida Polytechnic for International Day on October 10 at Orange Bowl Field. Conference action resumes on October 14 with a trip to Webber International, followed by the final two home matches of the season. Ave Maria kicks off the final home slate on October 17, for the final night match of the season, before New College of Florida comes to town on October 21 for Senior Day at Dr. Lester Brown Park. FMU finishes the season with a pair of road contests, first at SCAD-Savannah on October 24, and rounding out the regular season at No. 16 Keiser on October 28.

The Lions are coming off three straight appearances in the SUN Conference Tournament. Head coach David Martinez is a perfect two-for-two during his tenure, making the postseason. He looks to build on that momentum, as the Lions look to advance deep into the tournament and claim their first conference title since 2012.
