Mark Howard joined the FMU football team in Fall 2026.

A native to Stockbridge, Ga., Howard previously attended Johnson C. Smith University for one year. He graduated from Woodland High School in 2025, where he played on the football and track & field teams. He earned multiple accolades and acheivements, including:

Region Offensive Player of the Year
First-Team All-Region 
All-State Honors in Georgia

Howard chose FMU because it was the first school to ever show him love out of high school. His interests include:
