Sebastian Rojas

Sebastian Rojas joined the FMU family as assistant strength & conditioning coach in Summer 2026.
 

Prior to joining FMU, Rojas spent four years as a student strength coach intern at Piedmont University while competing as a four-year NCAA Division III men's soccer student-athlete. During his time at Piedmont, he assisted with the development of multiple athletic programs, including men's and women's soccer, men's lacrosse, and men's golf, coaching proper lifting technique, supervising training sessions, and supporting daily sports performance operations.

Rojas earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from Piedmont University, graduating Cum Laude. He also completed a strength and conditioning internship with the University of Miami women's soccer program, and coached strength training that was soccer specific through Modern Elite Training. Sebastian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is passionate about helping student-athletes maximize their performance through evidence-based training.
