Biography
Aashana Francis joined the FMU softball team in spring of 2022.
A native to Fort Pierce, Fla., Francis graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School in 2021, where she competed in softball and weightlifting for two years under head coaches Katie Clive and De De Justice.
Francis chose FMU because she got a scholarship. Her favorite part about FMU is her group of friends. Francis' interests include:

Family members who played college or pro sports, or represented a nation in competitive sports: Dale Francis Jr, her brother in college playing baseball. He won player of the year in Division II.
Any other interesting facts about you or your family: First Generation here in America, both of her parents were born in Jamaica.
