Robert Duarte joined the FMU men's soccer team in Fall 2026.

A native to Hialeah Gardens, Fla., Duarte graduated from Mater Academy Charter High School in 2026, where he was named MVP during the 2025-26 season, won the Coaches Award, and won the school's first ever district championship. Duarte played for Weston FC for seven years, where he won multiple nationals and participated in the first ever U19 Uncommitted Game of MLS Next Academy Division.

Duarte chose FMU because its close to home and the environment. His favorite part about FMU is the helpful staff. Duarte's interests include:
